Instructions on how to purchase your photos

We care for your privacy! Photo galleries with pictures taken during an experience are password-protected. Please follow these instructions in order to retrieve your photos.

You will have received an email with a password, 48 hours after the end of the activity at the earliest, Sunday to Thursday. For experiences which take place between Friday and Saturday, the photos will be available the following Monday in the evening. Our photography specialists need time to polish and upload your photos after these have been provided to them by your activity guide. Note: In rare cases, we may have failed to collect your email address. Should you not have received an email within the given time frame, please let us know by messaging photo.saariselka@northernlightsvillage.com - we will then send you the password;
Click 'ACCESS YOUR PHOTOS';
Click the Year, Month, Day, and Name of the Activity you have participated in;
Enter the password provided to you by email;
Click the purchase button on the banner image to purchase the entire album (€30,00) or each individual image to purchase single images (€5,00) as a digital download. Other options, such as wall art, desk art, and keepsakes are available for a fee.
Should any of the photos not turn out to be up to the standard we aim to achieve, there will be a download button, which will allow you to retrieve the photos without payment.

The Northern Lights Village offers their guests participating in activities the possibility of having photos taken of them on aurora hunting excursions. These photos are solely intended for personal use of the participants and will not be utilised by the Northern Lights Village in promotional campaigns, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

By utilising the photography services, you consent to have your images stored in the cloud, accessible with a password provided by the resort to you and other participants of the activity. Please notify your guide if you do not wish to have photos taken of you.
